Family and Friends Depend on Your Good Health

Last Sunday we attended a small town church service. The pastor is a fired up retired military dude. His message was excellent and moving. He preached on John 15:13. "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends". One part of his msg stood out, "in the military we trained daily and kept fit so that we could count on each other" . . . what I heard was, "train daily and keep fit so that your family and friends can count on you." Here's the Q, "can your family and friends count on your good health? . . .
