You don't need a membership to a gym to get your body moving. You need comfortable clothing, good shoes and a desire to be healthier. Your fitness needs to be flexible. For example: my fitness is swimming 3 miles everyday . . . however everyday can't happen because I don't have access to a pool everyday. So it is a must that I have a fitness plan to get my workout in where I am whenever I can. 10 push-ups
20 jump squats (floor slaps)
30 dips
40 walk lunges w weights
10 push-ups
20 jump squats (floor slaps)
30 dips
40 walk lunges w weights
50 jumping jacks w weighted bar
60 squats w weighted bar
70 mountain climbers
80 cross jabs w light dbells
90 high knees (weighted bar above head..optional)
100 high knee skips
Repeat 2 X through followed by Pilates abs/core and stretching!!
