Maximizing Cardio. Turning Your Body Into A Fat Burning Machine.


Optimizing your exercise is never about doing more...it's always about maximizing what you're doing. Stable blood sugar triggers the release of stored fat & your cardio + strength training burns that fat up. Key point to remember with your cardio is that approximately 50% of your body is red muscle & 50% of your body is white muscle. Diversifying your exercise is how you turn your body into a fat burning machine.
