Playground Time!! . . . Sliding Your Way to a Trimmer Tummy


It's time to slide to a slimmer & tighter tummy! Here's playground exercise #3 from the First for Women Article -

Tip 3 - Slide into a Flatter Belly – the next time you sit down at the top of a slide, place your legs together while bending them slightly. Before takeoff, lift your feet off of the slide about 5 inches while engaging your core, keeping your weight firmly on your “sit bones” in your... tush. Place your hands gently on the sides of the slide or if feeling daring, straight out in front of you for balance. This sneaky slide move will target your entire core & lead you to tight, flat belly!

And Turbo charge the exercise with some interval training....simply do 30 second bursts of running up the slide stairs, then slide down and repeat as fast as possible for 30-60 secs, then rest for 30-60 secs and repeat for 15 minutes.
