Add Music to Your Fitness~!!

In my world swimming is a daily task. I don't attach feelings or attitude to it. I just swim 100+ laps and check it off the list. However, even I find myself looking for ways to "pull" more out of my swim. Yesterday, I started swiming with an MP3, called a SwimP3 . . . and WOW!! Knocked 3 minutes off my time.
